Thank you for reminding me to turn off my firewall. I had to download Roxio Twice, but Adobe and Roxio inflated correctly. Sorry for forgetting to turn the Firewall off, I should have remembered that.

I have to admit I was a little apprehensive when I realized the software I was purchasing was downloadable only; I have not had good results from large downloads in the past. Your products are very good. The prices are a little bit expensive though. That's why I do not order a lot more. I would say that the average customer wants to spend about $100 - the prices on your website kept me from doing that - two (good) products from your website are about $130.
